In the middle of the week we posted Twenty Something Sullivan to another important file sharing site for the 3D printing community – Youmagine and we’re happy to report that it has already been featured on the site! (thank you Youmagine!)
Last weekend Twenty Something Sullivan made it’s New York debut at the Editions Artists’ Books Fair at The Tunnel in Chelsea with Booklyn. It was very popular with the all the attendees and we got a lot of great feedback.
We’re thrilled to report that the first “copy” has been printed – by our friend Josh Ajima ( @designmaketeach ) who scaled it down 27.5% to print on his Ultimaker. As you can see from the photograph – the surface details of the scans hold up really well at this size. We’re really looking forward to seeing other versions of the Twenty Something Sullivan emerge over the next months.
Finally at the start if the week we uploaded an annotated version of our You Tube posting of the Pecha Kucha presentation with the corresponding slides so that viewers could see the images we refer to on stage, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vtTou97ljL8 Enjoy!
